this guy in my class always plays "footsies" with me and tickles me, and talkes to me, but hes never really gone like anywhere with me before (movies..mall..etc.) even with friends.. does he like me?

maybe he's just playful with his friends.. if he's only doing that to you among all the girls, then maybe he does like you or maybe he is just so comfortable with you if you are a very close friend of his.

i think he does.... i have something of the same situation...but he has made it obvious that he likes me...sad thing is i dont feel the same way. Anyway back to you.
You dont really need to go anywhere with him to know if he really likes you... try and drop hints that you like him like that and see if he picks up on it. maybe he really does like you and he just doesnt know how to tell you cause guys are like that. =)
