Yes....because if they have to cover up the smell with cologne there is obviously something wrong.

I subscribe to the european theory on this.
Nothing above the neck. Little on the wrists, spritz on the center of the chest.
And in the words of Jude Law's Alfie, a spash on Big Ben, because you never know where the day may take you.
I'm also very particular about -what- cologne to wear. Curve by Claireborn always gets a nice response. Anything Armani, but especially Black Code and Acqua di Gio.
Things with that sensuous smell about them... nothing too musky or fruity.

I think the expression is"if it smells like fish,eat the dish,if it smells like cologne leave it alone"-I always took it to mean that another guy was there before you,but that's just my understanding.

No you read it otherwise, the right quotation is,
"When you smell clogne leave others alone and run behind the clogne".
So keep this thing in mind the next time.
