It could be lots of things...
People get pimples in all sorts of funny places...if the bump is outside the vulva area, it could be a pimple, cyst or boil. Keep it clean for a few days and see if it goes away, if it doesn't go to the doctor.
If its inside the vulva area, it could be venereal warts which is a virus that is sexually transmitable but easy to take care of. Sometimes these warts go away by themselves but if it bothers you and you hate the idea of carrying a virus, go to the doctor to have it frozen off.
If its not one of those two things, I wouldn't know. Simple answer, go to a doctor.

It could be a form of pimple. Give it a few days and if it doesn't go away see your doctor about it. It doesn't sound like it could be an std unless you or your husband has had extramarital sexual activity and if that's the case all bets are off.
