A cup of tea is always the perfect drink to follow good or bad news, when you have a cold, when you just wake up, just before bed, when you are sat in front of the t.v with a pack of custard creams ... the list is endless

Stay with what works for you.
Then later, make a fruit smoothie in your blender.
Take some fresh fruit, a little juice, a little frozen fruit like blueberries, mangos, strawberries, etc. Add some water, a spritz of lemon or lime, a little honey only if you need to sweeten it, and voila you have yourself an awesomely healthy and delicious beverage sometime after you tea, or for lunch or in between meals. VERY HEALTHY and delicious.

glaceau vitamin water 50. It has a diluted flavor and you can drink it fast. no citric acid burn or carbonation to slow you down.. also there is a funny little bit about 50 cent on the label and it contains vitamins and minerals. Don't get tricked though, it still has a few calories.

a good old ice cold drink of coke zero or diet coke...not watered down like in fast food restaurants or just plain cold orange squash
on a cold day.....hot chocolate or some hot herbal tea or xmas drink

Tea comes first then my banana shake. Take 1banana 1/2pint of skimmed milk (very cold) add 4-5 spoons of oats and liquidise till smooth I call it my breakfast shake.
