I'm afraid of females. Hw to come out of this.?

Hi,
I feel un-comfortable to look straight into girls' eyes. I trouble talking to them. Is there some way to come out of this difficulty. Pls help me.
I am an Indian male.

look... if you have guilty conscious.. you will get such feeling.. there is nothing wrong.. in talking to a girl.. you can ask her out. you can ask her a kiss.. nothing is wrong..

In some culture it is rude to look in to eye. In some Indian culture it is not nice to even look at the girls, so you should not be uncomfortable with this.

You do not have to talk to them unless you need some thing or ask them about some thing.

The most important thing in your case is to answer to their questions, but give them more elaborate answer, this will give you some confidence if you do not know the answer, do not say I do not know, say I do not know but I can find out , would you like for me to do that for you........

This way you will be able to even initiate the conversation when you have the answer or you can go back and say sorry I was not able to find the answer have you found the answer, If you have I would like to know.

Listening is always more important then talking, by talking you are giving away the information, by hearing some one out you are getting the information and by it you can get enrichment in many ways.

hmmmm....dont loook freaky cos where I live the indians and the pakistanis loook freaky (NO offence meant) its just that they always try and start a conversation and some are oervertive!

walk with confidence / pride / smile / look happy/content / smile and dont be afraid to look at them! / start by talking ot random people example on te street ask for time more often to women and look confident

pretend you are the hottest ctor and best one there is
you are ACTING you are not yourself...your role is a a player that gets all the girls and can never choose!

You say that your'e afraid of femail. Actually you are not afraid of female , afraid of there behaviour. You feel a little un-comfortable in being with them. My advice for this will be: Display your own personality, try talking with them frelly, look at there eyes, try to understand them. Then I wish you will overcome from this difficult. And will very soon be comfortable with girls.

wow that seems serious...so you are shy and afraid of women... Just being yourself is what women like. If you feel uncomfortable then we feel uncomfortable. BE EASY
