Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Completely realistic. I promise that If you eat 6 small meals of raw veggies, fruits, and some breads, along with walking at least 3-5 miles a day, you will lose 20 pounds by mid-december. You just have to stay disciplined. No ice cream or chips. When you eat the meals, make sure you are not starving yourself. just cut about 400 calories from your diet coupled with exercise. I did it. in three weeks.

Yes!!!! My husband dropped 26 in 4 weeks. He basically just cut his eating in about half. He gave up his 2 Mountain Dews a day, he didn't eat potatoes ( which he loves). Other than that he just ate smaller portions and he added fresh fruit to his diet. And he drank a lot of water, something he never did before.

Don't let anyone on here tell you that you cannot do this. Figure out what you are eating that is unhealthy and eliminate that from your diet, and be honest with yourself. Add fresh fruit and veggies and if you are hungry EAT.

Sure you can, you have 6+ weeks.
Do not eat late in the evening, exercise, like walk at least two miles a day. Drink lots of water, no soft drinks. Don't drink booze or beer. Cut your meat portion in half and up size your veggie portions, leave off the 'taters and pasta. Eat an apple each day. No deserts, milkshakes or lattes. Cut your sugar intake in half.

Good luck, you'll be in fine shape!

Yes you can but make sure you are still eating healthy or you could end up losing muscle mass weight rather than fat weight. A more healthy goal would be around 15 pounds. 2.5 pounds a week.

It is realistic if you are serious about doing it. You will need to be strict with your eating and exercising daily. If you do everything correctly than you can lose 20 lbs by Christmas, maybe even more.

You would have to be hard core. 1200 calories or less a day. Do 45 to 60 minutes of cardio a day - six days a week. Drink plenty of water to help flush fat cells out.

Sure, a healthy diet, plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, low carbs (not no carbs, but make the ones you do eat beneficial to your body), and plenty of water. Exercises to burn fat, plenty of aerobics and light on the weights. Good luck!
