Depends on the injury. If you had seveal bones broken and there is complete stabilization of the muscles where you couldn't move them at all, then a couple weeks to a month or so. If you could move a little, then you should be back to 100% within a few days to week or two. Usually they have you see a physical therapist once and get an exercise sheet and then you go back in a couple weeks to make sure everything is good. Don't be shocked when your skin has lost it's tone and looks like a piece of raw chicken. It will get better in a couple days of exercising it.

it took me like 2 month. But when I broke my foot last winter, i was in plaster for 3 month and a half, so I guess you'll be good very soon. Just listen to the phisotherapist and do all your execises everyday. Now I don't think about my foot anymore, as if it has never been broken.
