I believe the Earth supports life and all the living things in it. I don't necessarily think of it like a human, plant, or animal.

Yes, and we are an infecting virus that seems like it will not modify to live in symbiosis with the living Earth. We will kill the planet which will kill us also, unless we can escape the planet, which will force our species to come into balance with our new environment or die there too.

Earth is a component of the myriad forms of the ONE LIFE itself. This ONE is what we humans refer to as GOD.
