while i have no idea about the posters comment on catholic tradition -- that's news to me and would like to know more about that....

until there is a problem there really isn't much chatter about the next pope. how many more will there be.... as many as the time the Rcc stands. there is no way to predict that, anymore than the Second Coming.

I'm not omniscient. The Holy Spirit will guide the cardinals to choose the next pope. The last, well, that won't happen until the end of the world. In Mt. 16 Jesus promised that the gates of hell will not prevail against his Church!

According to Catholic tradition, there will only be one more pope. We will see.

i dont even know who's in the running for it. but it's strange that the papacy(beast) would be showing everyone how much time it would be in power, before it gives it's power to the antichrist(devil)
