can i update my toshiba 37wlt58 tv via aerial?

Question

i have been told that i can download updates for my toshiba 37" wlt58 lcd hd tv..it surports 1080i but not 1080p...unless i connect an aerial up to it and it will dowbload updates to the tv to surport this...is this true or not.

Yes this is true.
What you need to do is enable the Automatic Download in the confirguration menu (see page 26 of manual) then leave the TV in 'active standby'. Or you can do it manually, if you prefer.
