Nutritional yeast is high in B12, you can get it in the bulk section of a health food store. Also, soymilk usually has a lot of B12 in, as do some juices.

Vitamin B12 is naturally found in foods including meat (especially liver and shellfish), eggs, and milk products. Fortified breakfast cereals are a particularly valuable source of vitamin B12 for vegetarians and vegans.

Beef steak, broccoli, Kale. Yes, Marmite is good, but that is a seasoning, not an actual food. Since I am not a huge beef eater, I use a table spoon of Brewer's Yeast in my orange juice in the mornings. It is loaded with it! There are many OTC vitamin supplements you can take, or even get your doctor to prescribe DIY injections.
