I'm assuming you're talking about paint. Brown is a combination of blue, yellow, red, black, and white in varying proportions. Because of the large amount of red pigment in the brown paint, you will never get a true green of any shade. The green will always be a muddy brown-green.
If you're talking about wall paint (either latex paint or oil-based paint), you can take a dried sample of your paint on a white card to a paint store. Some stores, like Home Depot or Wal-Mart here in the US, can scan in your paint chip into their computer for analyzation. Then they can advise you better as to which pigments to add to change your paint into the colour you prefer.
If you're talking about paint which has dried on the wall, your best bet is to prime the wall with white and then paint over with the colour you desire.
Good luck!

green look very organic on darkish brown eyes. I particularly have been wearing green colored contacts because of the fact the mid-Eighteen Eighties (i'm old-college, actually). i latterly tried Hazel-colored contacts. I figured as an African American, they could look organic(i'm easy/medium brown complexioned). They looked very pretend and unnatural. green and gray are flattering.
