During Desert Shield/Desert Storm, our Navy medical corps unit was not called altogether. First many of the officer were called, then a few week later the enlisted and the rest of the officers. We went to different places, not all as a unit. We went to different bases and ports to staff the medical facilities due to the active duty personnel being deployed first.
