Yes. Eat a well balanced meal. Stay away from sugar, flour, milk products and trans fats and especially the McRib from McDonalds.

Excercise for at least 45 minutes per day. There is no miracle diet. ANd there is no healthy sustained weight loss without excercise.

No diets, but exercise and food choices. Try yoga or pilates. Both build muscle, tone and make your core feel tighter. The more yoga I do, the less junk I eat. I seriously crave veggies and fruits when I exercise and get the right amount of rest. Make sure you drink tons of water. Sometimes we think we are hungry and its really that we are dehydrated.

You can't diet to lose fat, you need to exercise and eat right....
