Dear Vachoo,
They haven't stopped teaching their WRONG doctrine because they haven't YET encountered those who know the TRUTH of Jesus Christ and Him crucified well enough to share it. Too many people including those who call themselves Christians are complacent and don't bother to read and understand what the Bible says. They believe so many things blindly.
Witnesses appear to teach from the Bible but in reality they are teaching what the Watchtower says the Bible says. There is a night and day difference between the two.
Since I've been on Yahoo Answers I've seen so much boasting by JWs about their religion. I find that very very strange because the great apostle Paul didn't boast about anything other than the blood of Christ. He was a Pharisee of Pharisees, a student of Gamaliel and he certainly could have boasted about his own credentials but he didn't.
Then along come the jws boasting about not being involved in war and politics, about "not" spreading false doctrine and about not tolerating immoral sex. I make this statement based on a pamphlet that appeared on my door step a few weeks ago - The End of False Religion Is Near!
The jws preach a works-based man-made religion. They only pay lipservice to Jesus Christ. They rewrote the Bible and made many changes so that what they call the Bible is no longer God's Word.
There have been people who have left the organization (my own cousin was one of them and she left (after 40 years) when she realized that there was much sexual immorality that was being covered up within the organization. David Reed (an elder) left when he learned the Truth about Jesus Christ. He wrote Jehovah's Witnesses Answered Verse by Verse.
So there is hope and God's grace. I know that the awesome uncreated Creator of the universe does not want any of them to be eternally separated from Him.

Why didn't the Apostles stop preaching about Christ, when most of Israel knew that the Son of God had not come because he had not brought about Armageddon and the destruction of all those following false religions?
Israel were God's People, but they kept falling away, and as predicted, they rejected his Son's first coming.
Christians became God's People, but the soon began falling away, even in the time of the Apostle Paul, who thought he had worked for nothing because they had returned to the rituals, traditions, and holidays of men. Finally, they repeated the same mistake of Israel, but rejecting Christ second coming, because he did not bring on Armageddon and the destruction of all those following false religions?
It has been over 1900 years since the Apostle Paul expressed his frustation with Christians, consider how much further Christians have drifted from the teachings in Christ, since then?
In the Bible, three represents perfection, so in these last days, what newly emerging group has taken up the mantel to represent the third and final representation of God's People, the New Israleites? Is it the JWs? Most think not, but than who is it? It can't be all of Christendom, as it began falling away in the early days and has yet to return, besides, like the Israelites, and the first Christians, the new emerging group should be overall smaller than the whole. So, which overall small group, found world wide, best represents the idea of the New Israelites, who have finally returned to the teachings of God and Christ, in these last days? Is it yours?

Globally, there are about 6.5 million active Jehovah's Witnesses who preach publicly each month; altogether, about 16 million associate with Jehovah's Witnesses. Their publications "The Watchtower" and "Awake!" enjoy circulations of about 27 million and 32 million per issue.

It is true that Jehovah's Witnesses are not loved by everyone.
http://jw-media.org/newsroom/human_rights.htm
Some people hate Jehovah's Witnesses out of ignorance, or over some misunderstanding. A few may have had a bad personal experience with an individual who claimed to be a Jehovah's Witness, and prejudicially extended their animus to this entire Christian religion.
However, it seems that the majority of anti-Witness hatred is motivated by religious intolerance and bigotry. A few may even be motivated against their Christian worship by the unseen 'god of this system of things', Satan the Devil.
(2 Corinthians 4:4) the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers
Interestingly, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:
(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.
(Luke 6:22) Happy are you whenever men hate you, and whenever they exclude you and reproach you and cast out your name as wicked for the sake of the Son of man.
(1 Peter 4:4) Because you do not continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery, they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.
It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.

How do you know who's doctrine is wrong. They have a legitamite answer for everything I have asked them. I believe that only Jehovah God , himself knows what the truth is.With all the religions, translations, and teachings, the only way to know is to seek him and he will be found of you.But knocking a group that puts forth more effort to witness than any other is not the way to go.

I found that Jehovah's Witnesses are very dedicated to reaching the right conclusion-more than any other religion theirs is bible based whether it is convenient or not. I am impressed with their peacefulness. Perhaps you should study the bible w/them, I am sure they will teach you the truth.

God has given mankind the free agency to choose for themselves, and that means by what manner they worship and believe in Him.
There are some countries that forbid this practice except to follow the dictates of the country leadership such as middle eastern countries. But in the U.S., Great Britain, Canada, and others having the liberty, we follow our conscious and the beliefs of our hearts and minds.
The Jehovah Witnesses have every right to believe as they do and to carry their message to others. Just say no if you don't want them to approach you.
What is of paramount importance is that man can believe in God in however he chooses, so long as no harm is brought to his neighbor.

How can it be wrong when the teachings are based on the Bible? Or are you claiming that what the Bible itself says is wrong?

Why do you think they are wrong?
They use the Bible as authority for what they believe, so to prove them wrong you must use that, and not your opinion.
