6 months is plenty of time :) Don't worry.

5 small meals a day instead of 3 large. Nothing but fruit and fruit juice until midday. And try not to eat later that 2 hours before you retire for the evening. Try to have your meals after midday consisting of at least 50% vegetables.

30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day, even if it's only walking at a pace faster than you ordinarily walk. As long as it increases your heartrate.

And 2 litres of water each day.

Guaranteed to shed the pounds.

Good luck, congratulations and have a great day!

I find any exercise that gets you breath heavy more and sweat. Aerobic. So I enjoy exercise bike, rowing machine and walker. If its raining you can do that in the house. Swimming is great for you too.But make sure you do stretching exercises before you start.
All the best for the wedding. U will plan a budget of how much to spend. But will have no idea what it costs. Its like standing in a bank shovelling your money out the window! I found myself saying "WHAT??? For f**** flowers!!" and then old ladies walk off with centre pieces later. grrr. Put that down! Yeah, I know it looks nice..

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

What comes off quickly gets back on even faster. I'm sure you already know that there is no healthy way to loose that much weight in such a short time. Consult your doctor and/or a nutritional specialist. Don't starve yourself. I'm sure the man you are marrying loves you the way you are and you don't need to change yourself for him or anyone else.

If you are feeling bad about your weight, set your goal on just a few pounds at a time and see how that goes. You probably heard all the eath healty and exercise. Many small meals are better than one large one and all that. Exercise is necessary for everyone and I'm sure your future husband can help you burn off a few calories ;)

There are no miracles out there. Try to be happy with yourself and don't worry too much about your weight.

Excercie and eat sensibly.

I recommend cycling or swimming for exercise to burn fat.

Do not eat processed foods, such as ready meals or junk food because they are the worst thing for you. Do no starve yourself either because if your body thinks food is scarce, it will turn everything to fat to keep it for later. Small regular portions with plenty of fruit and veg, brown rice is also good. No white bread either, wholegrain or brown if you must eat bread. Keep away from fad diets, such as Atkins or 'cabbage soup' etc because you need to make a lifestyle change and there is no quick fix.

I have always found it really difficult to lose weight but have recently stated to drink alot of water to prevent water retention & have been walking regularly. I have lost a stone in 6 weeks just by this alone. I have cut down on junk food but still treat myself to the occasional chocolate bar or cake. Eat loads of veg with every dinner to fill you up & stop you feeling hungry & snacking between meals, cut down on the carbs like pasta and potatoe.
Opt for reduced fat food wherever possible, you would be surprised how much fat is in regular food compared with reduced fat options.
good luck & enjoy your wedding!!!!!!

you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Eat slightly smaller portions, eat fewer snacks, drink one beverage less on a night out and do an extra 30 mins of exercise per week. That will be all you need to do - if you stick to it and don't make daily excuses and exceptions.
