Leave the dark undertones, add some golden-blonde highlights, especially around the face. It will brighten up you skin tones, and bring out the gold in the hazel eyes.

You can try some red, blonde, maybe a lighter brown. I have red lowlights but its the hardest color to maintain and i'm back in the salon for a retouch every 4 weeks. But if you're willing to work with it and keep up the color, it really is worth it and the color looks amazing against dark hair. Try a salon that carries Redken. Redkens colors are long lasting and their line of bleach and color lighteners (called blonde dimensions) are great.
Good luck!

well by the looks of it since you are pale and have dark hair and hazel eyes, and if youd like highlights, then go with beige its a nice color, better than blonde.
hope this helps

My sister has pale skin and dark hair and she just dyed her hair jet black and I think it just looks so cute. Her eyes are like a greenish brown color. Good luck on what ever you choose.

I'd say get a weave put in, maybe almost black strands and a real soft almost dirty blond, mixxed with you dark brown I think that would be really pretty. I kinda do the same color in my hair but my hair is a lighter brown with blond, and almost black strands of color, and I get tons of compliments on it! Hope this gives you and idea. sunnydays

I would definately go with something wam or rich. If your skin is pale it will add color to your face. Some auburn, tobacco, or chestnut color would look good weather it's hilites or all over. Don't go too lite cause it will wash out your face.

auburn or plain red...your fair skin will make it look natural especially when paired with hazel eyes. Good Luck!

Like the first guy said, leave it natural. Would you choose to live in a toxic waste area? I doubt it, so why put one on your head... sheesh!!!
