why when a guy does something wrong and you point it out, do they immediately make it out like your in the wrong???

I thought that's what women do? If i don't recall, there was that sayin.."a woman's always right?" when it come to arguing? Seems it works both ways.
BUT, aside from that, the debate you had is possibly a pride thing. He doesn't like being..wrong. And the only way to justify it themselves is somehow throwing back on you...works the same way with women....they feel they're NEVER in the wrong, and hence regardless if she is or not somehow the guy ends up being the dog ****** n stuff. So it's a both way thing missy, possibly the GOAL of each is different, yet the strategy remains the same.

Most generally, it's their pride. They don't want to feel like the lesser human in the situation. They are embarrassed because they were wrong and don't want to admit it. I don't know if all guys are like that, though.
