I usually reheat in the microwave; however, if you reheat in the oven, you do not have to preheat. What I do when I use the oven is put the cold food in a cold oven, turn the heat on to 200 degree and when the buzzer that lets you know that the oven has reached that temperture goes off the food is just about perfect. By the by, most foods that you cook from the raw state does not have to go in a preheated oven. Just put them in a cold oven, set your temperture and let them cook the amount of time your receipe call for, this cuts off about 5-10 minutes on cooking time and saves electricity. If you do pre-heat, about 10 minutes before the food is suppose to be done cut off the oven and allow the residual heat to continue to cook the food until cooking time is up. This saves money that you would use on electricity.
