i have 3 weeks until singapore...im going to singapore for soccer in case your wondering! and i need to get fitter then ever and i want to lose wait in the proccess! ive been jogging/fast walking every night for an hour and a half i do weights every second day and on saturdays i go to the gym for about 3-4 hours??? what else do i do?

It sounds like you are getting plenty of exercise.
Make sure you are getting enough rest-so that when you exercise, you are able to perform at peak performance and get maximum benefit. You should also take a look at your diet. Make sure you are eating lean meats, fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Avoid fatty foods, and anything fried/processed. In order to get the whole 'package' you have to be healthy in all aspects of your lifestyle. Good luck in Singapore!!

Everyones body is different but what works for most people is boosting your metabolism. To do this, eat smaller portions more times a day. And mostly eat Fruits or Nuts for your inbetween meals. Also increase the amount of water you drink. Drink lots of water(100oz)

As physically active as you are hopefully you are already drinking all that water.

As far as jogging/walking fast goes. Interval training works best for me.

sprint 80-90% of max speed for 30 seconds
reduce to 20% speed for 90 seconds
repeat 8 - 10 times.

When/If that is too easy for you reduce the time between your sprints and increase the length of your sprint.

Another method that might work. is easy normal for one day, and just calculate all the calories you intake. Then reduce that by 500 calories.

u have to exercise only 1 hour a day.. and stop eating too much!if u exercise a lot u will eat more so listen to me!!eat fish instead of meat!and always have vegetable in your plate!drink green tea!!!!

This is a form of bulimia. All you're going to do is weaken yourself so you'll be a heap of jello when you get there.
