are you shaking the container really well? if so then you can't turn it back to foam...the problem would be that all of the air has been let out of the aerosol container...throw it out and start over with a new bottle...however if you DIDN'T do this...take it back to where you bought it and exchange it for a new one. when using mousse, you have to totally turn it upside down to dispense because if not you will have air leakage and the end result will be watery mousse.

You should always shake it and hold the bottle upside down while spraying out the mousse.
If this doesn't work the product could be old you can contact the manufacturer and let them know where you bought it, when, and the reason for your complaint they will send you a free coupon for a new bottle of any type of hair product made by them. Good Luck.

Shake it for a longgg time, it will come back. If it doesn't, return it to the store, it's too old. Good luck!
