You are a thinking intelligent being. Just decide that today will be wonderful and go out and make it so.. Not that people don't need down time but even if you take a day off it can still be a wonderful day... Jim

Sorry you're having a bad day. Just think though, it's Friday and that means it's nearly the weekend. Think you've not got long until you're at home being able to do exactly what you want. Why don't you organise meeting up with some friends tonight or for shopping tomorrow so you've got something to look forward to? Go and treat yourself now - do something you really enjoy doing and hopefully you'll end up feeling miles better. I hope your mood lifts.

Some fresh air, a walk in the park, meditation. Perhaps you can try writing a gratitude list. Write all of the things down that you are grateful for. There is so much! Your deity/ies, health, life, friends, family, memories, hope, home......name them all individually. If you redirect your focus, your mood and motivational level will adjust. You are experiencing today. You can choose to be happy or sad, but you will still be experiencing another day. That in itself is a good reason to choose to be happy.
Best wishes for a wonderful day!

strange this question is here this morning. yes I feel all dragged out with no energy whatsoever. even a hot shower didn't revive me which normally helps. perhaps an invigorating breath of fresh air might do the trick and this is what I'm going to do now. good luck but try an apple as the doctors say these are better than coffee.

Sorry to hear that. How about some chocolate?
Nah, today is a good day for me. It's Friday and tomorrow is opening day for deer season.
Not sure what would help. I usually listen to some music and take my mind off of the everyday BS.

I am feeling exactly that same way. I didn't want to get out of the bed at all!!!! Maybe try some coffee, or something tart to wake you up. Or maybe just hang out with your friends! That always ends up helping me when I am down.

I just answered another question of yours- about shaken faith- I hope that isn't whats got you down...
Get something you have been meaning to do finished or something you've been wanting to do-- do it today. An accomplishment- no matter how small can be a picker upper!!
