Friendship is always a good solid start. The easiest way to find a girlfriend is to date someone within your social circles, or someone who share your own interests. However, after striking a friendship with a girl, when you feel that she's beginning to like you, ask her out at once, if you take too long she may already categorize you as an ONLY friend material, and thats not good.

First of all you do not make friends.
People become your friends by relationship.
Every one has contacts, some of them grove in to friendships.
If you are old enough then there are site to meet people with specific reason in mind.

y don't u say something good about a particular girl e.g. you look very pretty., then try 2 talk 2 her then b good friends and then propose her. don't worry this will work cause this happened 2 me2 and now we love each other.
