All the sites that I have discovered, have a catch. After you go through the trouble of trying to submit a picture. They then tell you, one can submit so many pictures for free, AFTER you "subscribe to this or purchase that"
Would like to find a true "baby picture contest without any catches".

Sure, some will rip you off with a fee to enter but all usually rip you off by having you surrendering your copyrights... this way, they have many talented amateurs and semi-pros contributing great photos for them to sell to stock companies and/or book companies, while they are guaranteed a few hundred thousand dollars and the "winner" loses the rights to his/her images (along with everyone one else), and they award maybe $1,000 to the first prize, $500 to the second prize and $200 to a third prize and a few other prizes worth $100... so they make a few hundred thousand dollars and no one complains... what a sweet racket!
I suggest that you read the small print and re-consider. You wish to enter a contest? Make sure it's by a reputable company (like Canon Cameras, Kodak Company, Nikon Company, etc., or well-established newspapers) but don't be taken by shysters!

The best way to enter baby contests, in my opinion, is to submit them to a local newspaper. They often run these sort of contests, without a catch, and if your picture is chosen as the cutest baby, more often than not it's you that wins something.

This is the only baby competition site I know of that allows you to submit as many baby pictures you want.
