well, I cna't give specific amounts, but I can tell you what I put in mine I guess....
Let's see, I made one the other night. Used 3 pounds ground beef, 2 eggs-beaten, small amount of ketchup, onion, cracker crumber. Ok, so for the cracker crumbs I used a round snack cracker, like a HiHo brand, but the generic (I'm cheap that way LOL!!) Mix it all up good. Shape into the loaf you want. Plop it into a baking dish and surround with carrots and peeled/chunked potatoes. Spread the top of the meatloaf with ketchup and bake at 350 until done. Maybe my way is weird, but the family loves it...
Hope I helped! Good luck with the meatloaf!

http://www.warpbreach.com/kitchen/meals/meatloaf.html
MEATLOAF RECIPE
Serves 6
1 cup
(120 g) bread crumbs
3/4 cup
(150 g) minced onion
1/4 tsp
(1 ml) garlic powder
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 lbs
(1 kg) ground meat (I often use a combination of beef and lamb)
2 Tbsp
(30 ml) horseradish
pinch
(0.5 ml) salt
1/4 cup
(60 ml) milk or water
1 Tbsp
(15 ml) dry mustard
3/4 cup
(200 ml) catsup
1
Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup (150 ml) of the catsup. Place into a loaf pan, or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet. Spread the reserved catsup on top of the loaf.
2
Bake at 400F or 200C for 40 minutes.
Tips and flavor-enhancing ideas:~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For more flavor and a juicier meatloaf, add about 1/4 cup of tomato juice, wine, or broth for each pound of meat.
Bake in muffin tins or mini-loaf pans for individual servings.
Use leftovers sliced in sandwiches or crumbled in sauces or chili.
Replace some of the liquid in the recipe with red wine or dark beer.
Add a cup of grated or shredded cheese to the meatloaf and top with more cheese about 10 minutes before it's done.
Replace liquids with red wine or dark beer.
Make the finished meatloaf extra fancy by frosting with mashed potatoes and topping with cheese; return to the oven and cook until the cheese is melted.

I have a good one, but you're going to have to "eye-ball" the ingredient amounts. ( I do it by "feel" depending on how much meat )
Ground beef ( if you have any ground pork or veal...add it also)
2 small eggs - beatten
about a cup or more of grated cheese
1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
2- 3 teaspoons of salt
fresh ground pepper
a hand full of dry parsley ( fresh is better but use a little less)
a couple of dashes of Worceshire (*SP?) sauce
Mix all of the above together THEN add seasoned breadcrumbs, a little at a time, until the mixture is firm.
Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes then reduce to 350 for about 20 minutes more or until done inside.

ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, moistened bread slices. depending on amount of meat :
3pounds meat, 3 eggs, 4 slices bread( wet with water and squish out. mix the mush all together- if it is too wet add more bread crumbs. the blob should hold together kinda like a huge lump of dough. pour some tomatoe puree in bottom of baking dish, place blob, mush down to uniform height/shape. cover with more tomatoe puree. bake at 325 for about an hour. its really a glorified hamburger so you can actually add just about anything to it. (my sister makes hers with bbq sauce instead of tomatoe puree. ) in case you are wondering , this is the exact wording that my great gran wrote in her recipe file.

I have a couple of different ones that we like here
BBQ Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean (90%) ground beef
3/4 cup quick or old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided
1 egg
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ground beef, oats, bell pepper, onion, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, egg, thyme, salt and black pepper in Classic Batter Bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly.
2.Shape meat mixture into loaf in Stoneware Loaf Pan. Insert Digital Thermometer into center of meat loaf. Bake 50 minutes.
3.Spread remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over meat loaf. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center of meat loaf and internal temperature reaches 160°F using Digital Thermometer. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Yield: 6 servings
Family Sized Italian Meatloaf
½ cup chopped onion
1 ½ lb lean ground beef
1/3 cup unseasoned dry breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 egg
1 ½ tsp Pantry Italian Seasoning Mix
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
15 oz jar of refrigerated marinara sauce, divided
½ cup Shredded Italian Cheese blend
1.Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Chop onion using food chopper. In stainless (4 qt) mixing bowl, combine onion, ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic pressed with garlic press, seasoning mix, salt and black pepper. Add ½ of the jar of marinara sauce; lightly mix, but be thorough.
2.Shape meat mixture into loaf in pan. Top with remaining sauce. Bake 55-60 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center of loaf and internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
3.Sprinkle with ½ cup of cheese; bake 3 minutes or just until cheese begins to melt. Remove meat loaf to serving platter.
Italian seasoning can be substituted for the Italian Seasoning Mix, if desired.
Italian cheese blend is a mixture of up to 6 different cheeses. These include mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, Romano, fontina and or Asiago. Italian cheese blend is a quick way to add flavor to pizzas, sandwiches and pasta dishes.
