How can I improve my English speakly and communication skill?

The best way to learn to speak good englich enough to communicate well, is to do several things, first mix with people who speak english well, and who are keen to teach you, and correct you, there are many audio tapes and discs that you can play over and over and repeat, there are great childrens books that sound out the words and also come with a cassette tape, so you can hear the words as you read, and even reading by pictures.
However most TAFE's have classes , where they teach migrants English as a second language, they are wonderful classes, i am a tutor in a class where this happens, ESL classes.
E= English, S= second, L=language.
You will meet many others who, just like you want to learn to speak, write and communicate better.
You also meet new friends.
You can get special fees , and other help , by going to your nearest TAFE and enquiring.
you can also advertise in local papers for a tutor, home tutors don,t cost too much.

Well Peeti,
Frist ignore that u r ignorant about English.
1.Early morning when u get out of u r bed ,u may plan the day in u r mind in u r mother tounge,now onwards start thinking in English.What ever u think must b it n English.
This would make the language familiar.
2.Read the news papers regularly.If u r not intrested in current affairs choose u r intrest like sports corner ,friday review etc.
3.Read some English magazines like readers digest.
They will let u 2 gain more knowledge,so that u may have some stuff in u while talking.This would avoid being idle while others r speaking.
4.Watch English news channels.
5.converse with u r friends,staff members etc in English.
6.Stop worring that others would comment on u.Do not bother others.Its 4 u r wel being.They may not understand it.
7.Ask u r best friend or u welwisher constantly about u r development n English.
8.Rectify u r mistakes by asking them.(b sure that they know good English).
9.Try 2 learn new words as u skim through the newspaper.
10.Use those words in the day to day conversation,so that u may not forget them.
11.Practice this , I am dam sure that u can become a good speaker.

These are the ways:

1. Go to any english teaching courses [ it will cost only around 1500 Rs - Veta or Speak Easy institutes ], they will teach you the basics like grammar, sentence formation etc;
2. Read English newspapers daily
3. Watch English news channels daily [ like DD news or NDTV ]
4. Watch English movies frequently
5. Read English novels

and finally very important one
6. talk with your friends, colleagues etc; in English

You can improve your communication skills by practicing... If you want to learn how to speak in english fluently, try to speak in english always and you will notice that you will get the hang of it. read english books more get the unknown meanings init. read aloud then u will get the fluencey.u opt for communication skill books .they r available at market with low cost ,they will have cds .by listening u can get perfectly ..
