Cycling, Shagging, Dancing, Fighting, Acrobatics, Rock-Climbing, Parkour, Skating, Skateboarding, Unicycling.... the list goes on.

theres lots... like.. riding ur bike...ice skating.. but i love rollerblading.. especailly for cellurlight... and it feels like ur not even working out.. but i lost... 15 pounds from it.. i did it each day and 6 to 8 hours a day....supper fast.. and its really fun when u go shopping... cause umm get the titanum ones...not the ones with the plastic bar.. and get like 75's if u dont know how to skate and 90's are sUPER fast.. i have 83's and ..the numbers are wheel sizes...

Kickboxing, elliptical trainers, aerobics, biking/stationary bike-there are always lots of exercise options. Oh, and my favorite, hiking. Have fun!

Try "bicycle situps".

Lie on your back, tuck your hands behind your head, pump your legs back and forth, touch your left elbow to your right knee, right elbow to your left knee, etc.
