It's not the heat that makes you wee more, it's the caffein. It acts as a diuretic (makes you loose water) so therfore makes you wee more.

That's why it's recommended that for every cup of tea or coffee you dring you should dring a glass of water to stop dehydration. Tea and coffee do not count towards you daily fluid intake of 2L water per day.

The tea and coffee have caffeine in them and it's also in cola drinks.....and that makes your system work faster.
Tea also has other ingredients. Both drinks the groups that test the drinks now say are good for you....but you don't know about those published statistics as they change from year to year.

Your system will work slower if you eat while consuming drinks with caffeine....even if it's a piece of good bread or fruit.

I think it depends on if you drink hot liquids on a full stomach or empty. From experience, I too, seem to "go" more with hot liquids such as coffee or tea. But at other times, hot liquids do not see to have any particular effect. And I have had to "go" a lot with cold liquids as well. Just depends on your body, I guess.

are you able to tricky on the "mile v km" as there's a coinsiderable distinction between mentioned "mile" and "kilometre", I as a lot of people do have my barriers and being of the previous college desire the mile to the Kilometre, even though in this celebration the kilometre being the lesser distance would desire to be an income the place liquids are in touch. That mentioned i will have a pint of Wessex Russian Stoat if thats ok 9% ABV .
