Only a man of that maturity can match the maturity of a younger girl. Many young girls find boys of their age incompatible mentally.

If a younger female chooses to befriend a male of 50, or answer positively to his invitation for friendship, he can surely have her as a friend not only on the net but in real life as well. True friendship knows no barriers.

Definitely and certainly.
But there is a problem with younger girls.
They cannot understand the males of 50+ years.
They treat you as old man, unfit for friendship or
they talk sex, they take sex education and disappear without warning.
The youngsters, that too especially, never understands the old people, till they attain 50 years them selves.
Hence, no use making friendship with youngsters.

Yes there is nothing wrong in having friends of younger age. Infact you can give advice to you friends of younger age as you have already been through it and have been tested by life.

Sure, you can. But if you wanna have more fun hide your age like so many do. Though personally I am against it.
If you know how to play bridge you'll find a lot of willing partners.
