If you have Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows ME, your computer will have a Windows media player that can play MP3 files.
If you have an earlier version of Windows, you will need to install a free MP3 player. I suggest you go to www.download.com and type "MP3" in the search box and pick a player to download.
I suggest you first try to play an MP3 file on your PC: double click on it with the left mouse button or right mouse click and select "play"

Mp3's are downloadable, but if you want to have Mp3's from an audio CD (Tracks), use Windows Media Player to rip the music off the CD's. Either that, or copy Mp3's from a CD.

You mean to play MP3 files? Any recent version of Microsoft Windows Media Player will play MP3 files directly.
You can get Windows Media Player 10 from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b446ae53-3759-40cf-80d5-cde4bbe07999&DisplayLang=en

what kind of mp3 do you want to install.
MP3 requires only copy paste and no install.
install is requires for the programme that plays MP3 like windows media player, winamp etc.
by defualt there will be media player installed in all windows, so donot worry and just start playing MP3

I suggest you to use MORPHEUS.It's simply great.Just go to their website www.morpheus.com and download the free version. It's so great and that's why you gotta try it.It's simply the solution to your problem and did I mention it's even free.
Once you've downloaded it,open MORPHEUS and start searching for the song you wanna download.Click on the song once and click download. When it is already 100% completely downloaded,it will directly be saved in the downloads folder which can also be found on your desktop.
Good Luck Jerome!
