When we reach the end of the great tribulation and the New Jerusalem descends onto Earth, Revelation says that each gate is named after a tribe of Israel. Which gate will the Christians enter into? Is there a gate for the Christians? There is no Baptist gate or Lutheran gate or Catholic gate, etc. Sounds like the place is only made for Israelites.

"It had a great, high wall with twelve gates, and with twelve angels at the gates. On the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel."-Revelation 21:12

This is an easy question to answer: This verse must not be misinterpreted. It does not mean than a rich person won't get into heaven just because they are rich. It means that being rich does not guarantee anything in the after life. It also means that being rich, doesn't make you automatically good or automatically mean you have a good heart or automatically love and serve the maker of the universe. It also means that many rich people have the means (money) to get up to all kinds of nonsense, and do things that you normally would not do without money, in other words a rich person is more tempted to do bad things because they have the money to do those bad things (drugs costs money for instance, prostitutes cost money, having a wife and a girlfriend in every other country cost money, you often need money to wheel and deal, and might be tempted to start crooked activities). This is only if the rich person is weak of nature and easily influenced by others. Wealth and riches can often change a person's whole personality if they are weak of nature and have no conscience or self control or an addictive personality. Sudden wealth can make a normally very nice person turn really nasty if they are not prepared to stay humble. This verse just explains that there are more temptations out there when you are rich, temptation leads to trouble, too much trouble can cost you a good place in the life hereafter, it may even cost you a place altogether. But that is for God to judge, because only God knows that rich person's heart. Don't sweat it, if you know and appreciate and stand by your maker against the evils of the world, then your life after this life will be awesome, cos you will see all your loved ones and pets who died, not to mention you will be able to have all your life questions answered face to face, plus your body with any defects or pains or diseases will be restored, plus you will be able to see first hand how your maker creates things. Never mind all the rest, that is just the tip of the iceberg.

14"Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. 15Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

The detergent necessary to wash your robe is the Blood of Jesus. It washes whiter than new snow. It clenses from the inside out. If you have been Blood washed and Blood bought, your name has been recorded in the Lamb's book of Life and you will be allowed to enter in through the Gate.

9I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. John 10:9

12And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood. Hebrews 13

If you read the old testatment God seems to be pretty biased towards one ethnic group (the Jews) I am a Christian but I have never been able to understand this. As for the gate ehh we probably just pick one run real fast and hope God is in a good mood.
