Results from personal experience from people below.. I hope this will help you in someway.
I lost 18 pounds in 2 weeks. I basically had 6 small meals consistantly everyday. Have a fruit or veggie every other meal. Drink lots of water and im sure you will see results.
You definitely have to do some cardio as well. Their are many ways to loose weight, you just have to find a plan that suites your lifestyle. AND…you gotta want it! Id just stay away from all the “drugs”. Vitamins are great. okay i am done. try it out.

This is so true i used to weigh 237 pounds I am now down to 160 and it is so true you have to want to loose this and do it right the yo-yo dieting does not work this has to be a way of life. Cardio is awesome i burn 550 calories in 35 minutes some days are harder than others but i have never been happier and felt more confident.

Thanks

a good tip is allow yourself a bite or two of your favorite foods daily. its not much, but its better than none at all! this will keep you from binging. drink lots of water and tea (without sugar). it will keep you full and flush out a lot of fat. good luck<3

YES!!! This is exactly what I do. I lost 6 lbs in five weeks and now am just toning my body up. If you eat more meals, but with smaller portions (all healthy, of course) you will be speeding up your metabolism. DO NOT skip out on breakfast. I am really strict Mon-Fri at work and then on the weekends I eat whatever I want (granted, not a bunch of pizza and stuff). I also work out 4 times a week for an hour or 1.5 hr. You can DO IT!!! :)

Absolutely provided the caloric intake still falls below your daily needs. That's based on your basal metabolic rate.
The reason this is helpful is mitigating insulin secretion.Eating smaller portion won't generally drive your blood glucose too high. What happens when your BG spikes is insulin is flushed into your blood stream in order to regulate BG.When this happens and there is too much glucose in the blood insulin will do several things Store the glucose as glycogen, transport nutrients to the mitochondria of the cells or the one thing you want to avoid, convert the glucose to fat and store it in adipose tissue. One simple example of insulin working this way is a sugar high then resulting crash.Your BG goes very high the insulin is secreted to control it oftentimes removing too much BG.So you get the high from the elevated BG then the low from the resulting hypoglycemia.
Eating like this will also signal to your body that there is a constant supply of food thus less need for fat stores.Fat stores are the biodies way of long term energy storage.

Some nutritionists will tell you that eating much smaller portions and more often is a good way to lose weight. They will also tell you that daily exercise is a part of a weight loss regimen. You need to change your way of thinking...don't call this a diet. Call it a lifestyle change. make it a part of your daily life...everyday!

Yes, once they are small, calorie concious meals as it helps your metabolism to keep going on throughout the day

It totally depends on what you eat finally .
If you are going to eat fatty food, then its not going to make any diffrance.
If you are eating fatless food then ya it make some sense.
