Start moving. Seriously. I had post traumatic stress syndrome and the only thing that pulled me out of it was walking. Every day. No excuses. Fresh air, sunlight and exercise. Then, think about the things that are stressing you to see if, with a more clear head, you can resolve them. Sounds too simple, but it works for me!

Well your already taken the first step and admitted it, even if its anonymously. It has taken me years to finally admit that I have a problem and Im only now taking steps to get help (diagnosed with bipolar depression)
I would say see a counsellor or/and doctor (you may need to look around for good ones) and be upfront and honest about the problems you are having.
A healthy diet, physical excerise and a good support network may be all you need. Though these things may not be enough and you may require medication.
The main thing is you need to be proactive about this, thats easy said than done..as its hard when you feel completely worthless.
The link below is a good website about depression, take a look :)

I don't think you "depress" quickly I think you may be a bit anxious. I would like some more information on why you are feeling stressed and what you think depression is. there are some very good solutions for general life stressors and some good ways to deal with anxiety. Depression is a little different.

Expect to have an intense life, as you will likely be spending it in the company of other strong people. It is possible that you will attend a psychic event, You will be stunned by what you learn about yourself. Though you may have gone to the event on a whim, you leave it a convert

DO something productive, like reading, singing, writing, play any sport, etc. think how many more unlucky people in the world who are worst than you are. Those who want to eat but have no food, those who want to go to school but could not, those who have no parents to watch over them. Count your blessings and be thankful for what you have... you will be okay.
