I am a female and am quizical about my sex organs. Can anyone help me out? Id like to know what an erection is and if i have one. Is it a good thing?

There is a few type of erections any human can get.
Sexual: Male gets a penial erection from stimulation and mostly from the blood flow to the mentioned area.
: Female gets a erection in the nipples from stimulation.
Any human can get goose bumps and its medical name is pilo erection. Meaning the skin gets erected.

The term erection typically refers to the male penis and the state it achieves when it is aroused, played with or otherwise given reason to get sexcited. Thus as a female you don;t get erestions but you will only get to cause, see, feel and experience an erection when you stimulate your male sex partners.
