It's fine...... been eating food done in the microwave since I was at least 4 or 5yrs old (now 27yrs 7months old), and doesn't seem to have done me any harm.

However, I have heard recently you're supposed to let the food stand for 1 - 2minutes after it's done cooking to allow the microwaves time to wear off from the food.

Microwaved food is exactly the same as food heated any other way. It is simply a different source of heat.

after 20+ years of using microwaves to heat my food... I'm still good

Yes but you are ment to wait leave your food to stand for a few minutes before consuming.

don't worry, i've been eating micro-wawed food for almost 8 years, and i don't have any disease or stuff.
