You may insert an employment advertisement inthe country from where you are requiring the person. Lot of unemployed Indian youths will aply for the job!

Call the AOL support line! Have u ever called there before?? Well, if u haven't, let me inform u. All of the people on the other end of the line are from INDIA. The funny thing is they give them names like Fred, Joe, & Ben... etc... It's kind of messed up! AOL, cheap b*stards! They'll do anything to save a penny.
