Anything is possible, but a brain transplant is certainly not something we will be seeing anytime soon.

The other question is are you talking about transplanting a healthy brain into a healthy body with a nonfunctional brain or replacing an unhealthy brain with a healthy brain. I assume you are talking about the former scenario. There are many complex questions regarding the second situation, the most significant being: Can memories and personalities be transferred to the new brain? If not, what makes "you"....you?

No it's not possible, at least in its entirety.
But I recently read where some research scientists made blind mice see by transplanting photoreceptor cells into their eyes.
So maybe in the future scientists will find a way to understand the scope of brain cells, and possibly transplant cells which might help with diseases like parkinson's or alzheimer's, or help with other neurological problems.

I dont think its possible because the brain is the center of activity, if it is removed it is stopped!

Never, especially since disconnecting the brain to put another one in would kill you.
