Yes, most very grey color clients color every four weeks, and that is with permanent color. If you are using non ammonia, you are using a semi permanent color (glaze). This is actually conditioning to the hair, as it is only depositing a smooth layer of color over your hair's cuticle. Your hair probably feels and looks really shiny after, and this is why. A lot of my clients come in for a clear glaze, just to give the hair some shine. So.... you are perfectly fine. Hope this helps

Once a month with safe colours and reputed brands is safe.

No it is not at all. Your Hair will turn grey soon than that your natural way. Better Dorget it and allow it to be in the Natural colour.

I know a girl who has dyed her hair many many times since she was 13 cuz she did not like her blond hair. Now when she lets it grow out it is naturally dark dark brown/black with dark redish color in the light and its still soft and smooth.Soooo My advice to u is unless you would RLLY miss your natural color then dyeing it often will not have any serious adverse affects from what i can tell unless you use bleachs ect.

Well some doctors would agree that coloring your hair once a month isn't bad for pregnant women, so it shouldn't be bad for you. Check out this site; it has a lot of information:

Or maybe you'd like to look into coloring your hair naturally: http://www.motherearthnews.com/homesteading_and_self_reliance/1982_March_April/Color_Your_Hair___Naturally_

If your talking about a permanent dye, I wouldn't suggest it. Best bet is to follow the product directions to the T. If you want to add shine, and prolong the life of permanent dyes try hair rinses. These products can be applied as often as you want, and don't damage hair.

Talk to your salon stylist but it really will take all the natural oils from your hair and it will soon become coarse, dry, and eventually damaged.

Also, are you aware that some of those non-amonia hair colors contain lead base chemicals ?
