From the example given by you, I would say looks is not important in determining someone religion.

Someone may have a very kind heart but his face looks mean or serious, does it mean he is not a religious person or a nice guy?

I have seen Chinese Muslims, Indian Muslims and others.

If we base on your example, does it mean when I see a Chinese Muslim, just because his look is Chinese, then I should presume that he is a Buddhist? I believe you would agree a Muslim Chinese is still a Muslim even though he look Chinese. His physical look does not determine his religion.

No, looks are more about personality, or there natural features. Christian's accept people as they are not as they look. God accepts people as they are.
But if you are talking about facial features that is only the persons face and has nothing to do with they inside (heart) of the person. God looks at the heart and not at the persons bodily appearance. People are more important than anything they may look like.

I'm not too sure if I got the "X" and "Y" business, ma'm; but I don't think that a person's looks would have any bearing on the Religion professed.

Do have a nice day, ma'am

Nope. I don't assume someones of a certain religion based on the way they look, unless they make it really obvious by their clothing.

What are you talking about?

A good religion to follow would be one that unite mankind. But it seems all religion are dividing mankind into groups that hate each other.

Where are mankind heading to? The future looks bleak.

look is never important, it was never even, that's why Islam is fastest growing religion, there is no black, or white, or someone bigger, the bigger near to Allah is only who is clean, who have good deeds and not a sinner... Islam told everybody that look is not important, the important is heart..
