It supports self defense, always...muslims have attacked america, and christians in different countries, so christians have the right to fight back.

No. The Bible actually says that Christians should be merciful towards the non-believers. And Jesus said, "If you live by the sword, you die by the sword." He would never want us to wage a holy war on anyone. Some throughout history have taken the Bible and perverted it, but still --- it says what it says. NO religious war, and if possible no war period.

Religious Wars were supported by Popes in Muddle-ages and there were Crussades for more than 100 years

His Holiness Pope Bendict XVI supported Crussades II started by W.Bush.

The Holy Father was invited in a German Science University to address on the existance of God but he started quoting Dialogue of Roman King, Manuel II-1391AD). This attitude reflects that the pope was totally in agreement with The Manuel II who said that Islam was spread with sowrds!!

I wonder as to why he selected the Manuel II, a cowered and frightened Roman King whose fate was already written as "Defeat". He was already in the battle field. He could not see any thing but "swords!

There are so many European ( Historians & Cretics) who admit and appreciate Islam as a Great Religion and find NO Offencive Sowrds except Defencive Sowrds! Islam never attacked religions or human cultures as long as they were peaceful.

Roman Emperor Manuel II, while addressing his Persian counterpart, in 1391 AD, would
have not forgotten the cruel and inhuman act of messacurse in Spain?

The problem of Anti-Islam cretics is that they cannot quote any single incidence where a
non-muslim society was forced to accept Islam with Sword or Fear of death as was done with
Muslims in Spain under the shadow of Pope & christianity in 1294 AD.

Muslims cannot be blamed for such a cruel and inhuman acts. Muslims are the carriers of
Peace and Harmony. Where ever they reached they were welcome by the Nations of world:

Indonesia,Malya,Philipine came into Islamic Faith without any Sword...which army conquared!

India remain under the domain of Islam,1000 years, but no one was forced to accept Islam. This is the open fact that 80% of India is still Non-Muslim!!!

1400,000 Arab papulation in Midlle Eastern countries are still Jews or Christians by birth and none was ever forced to convert!!!

It is clear that even if Bible does not support religious wars but Church supports!

No religious book spreads hatred, it is the clergy and some hot headed beaurocrats.

But the major problem on todays world, people listen to the clergy and conclude that the religion may be saying like that due to preacher's version.

War of crusades were faught for expansion of the then rulers. But was pliticised with the religious tags due to involvement of Pope and others.

All religious books commands to fight against infadals but not Muslims, because Jesus(pbuh) is also a Prophet of Islam.

Islam is the complete submission and obedience to Allah (God). The name Allah (God) in Islam never refers to Muhammad (peace be upon him), as many Christians may think; Allah is the personal name of God.

Concept of God:
1. He is the one God, Who has no partner.

2. Nothing is like Him. He is the Creator, not created, nor a part of His creation.

3. He is All-Powerful, absolutely Just.

4. There is no other entity in the entire universe worthy of worship besides Him.

5. He is First, Last, and Everlasting; He was when nothing was, and will be when nothing else remains.

6. He is the All-Knowing, and All-Merciful,the Supreme, the Sovereign.

7. It is only He Who is capable of granting life to anything.

8. He sent His Messengers (peace be upon them) to guide all of mankind.

9. He sent Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the last Prophet and Messenger for all mankind.

10. His book is the Holy Qur'an, the only authentic revealed book in the world that has been kept without change.

11. Allah knows what is in our hearts.

Jesus says about God:
"I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."
[The Bible, John 5:30]

The First Commandment is that God is One

The Bible does not support the Christian belief in trinity at all. One of the scribes once asked Jesus (pbuh) as to which was the first commandment of all, to which Jesus (pbuh) merely repeated what Moses (pbuh) had said earlier:

"Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adonai Ikhad."

This is a Hebrew quotation, which means:

"Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord."
[The Bible, Mark 12:29]

Since the bible was written a few hundred years before Muslims came onto the scene, it seems a bit unlikely. Mind you, the anti-Roman propaganda in Revelation has been used as an excuse for so much unchristian activity that I'm sure some warmonger has twisted it for that purpose.

As far as I know, NO !.

I didn't agree that, if someone blaming Islam support religious war. Kill those infidels... NO ! Look at Medine al Munawwarah during the reign of Prophet Muhammad SAW, all religion lived in a one community in peace and harmony. Look at Umayyad Dynasties in Medine az Zahra in Cordoba, Spain, if Islam hate those infidels very much, they wont let their knowledge advancement being spread to Europe. Just let them in Dark Age. There'll be no Reinassance for Europe.

We will killed people who killed us, who destruct our religion, who damage our peace and harmony... We never start the war. Look at the Crusades, Muslims seige the Palestine because it is one of our Holy Land according to Koran and history. No need to argue. That is the truth... If those Christians excommunicate with Pope at that time, not all Christians will died at war.

To one of the posters I am sorry but "muslims" didn't attack america. The majority of muslim nations were not repersented by the planes that crashed into the trade center, etc.

I am sure we could of solved the problem in other ways than going after such a small percentage of people.

How can it? The Bible is much older than the Muslim religion. The Bible does support an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth and the Muslims have killed thousands of us "infidels"

No. The koran does support war, for unbelievers. Muslims never existed at that time though.

No. It is said that your enemy is not of flesh, but the rulers in the air (the evil spirits). Christian wars are not against human beings, but against the spirits of hatred, envy, revenge, killing, making other people suffer, etc.
