Some people are dumb. Some people have no idea what facetious is. Some people could have facetious, parody and satire all bite their arses at once and not know what they were. You, clearly, are not one of those people. You should be happy about that. Ha :)

If there's blatant sexism/racism/homophobia/a similar kind of discrimination in the question, yes, we will take it seriously. That kind of stuff just isn't funny. But most of the time, I like to play along with the facetious questions. Now that's funny.

at first glance, i take all questions seriously. i am offended when the question is a joke or a test on my mentality. yahoo answers is a good forum that people should use when they have a problem-not when the writer feels like writing fiction.
