Does it burn when you pee? Is it dark? Is it cloudy?

If it was just darker than usual, I'd say to start drinking more water. Since it has an odor to it, I'd say that you may possibly have a urinary tract infection, yeast infection, or STD. You really need to go to the doctor. Notice if it burns or is cloudy, and note the color. While you are waiting for your appointment, drink cranberry juice (not cocktail, straight juice).

And it will only help to increase your water. Good luck!!!

I suggest thats it's time for a detox. You may find your pee smells a little while doing the detox, (breath could get a bit pongy too) but in the end it should flush out all the bad stuff, and your pee should be back to normal, or even better. Hope you feel better soon!

Try drinking Cranberry juice. Or any combination of juice that has cranberry. It doesn't allow bacteria to live in your UT. It's a good idea to drink it regularly, especially if you are prone to UTIs. Eliminate sugary drinks until the smell goes away and after that really try to cut back on them.

It tends to get worse as you get older. I have spoken to quite few older people with the same problem. Alcohol doesn't help either.

It can mean a lot of things - from having just eaten unusual food (asparagus etc) to having diabetes.

If it's really bad, you should go and see a doctor.
