I have pigmentation problem. Is Artistry purewhite fr.Amway effective enough in solving my problem?

I tried Lancome Neurowhite full range for about a year for my pigmentation skin. A little improvement but not encouraging, so thinking of changing to Artistry purewhite system from Amway. I am not sure whether it is effective and don't know how to use the full range for maximum result.
