anybody saying that God is everywhere is a polytheist.
God is one.
this why people started worshipind idols, saying that God is in them.
some start believing that God is in them so people started worshiping them.
christians worship jesus the man, thinking that God came in the flesh!!
if God is everywhere, so think about the bad things like trash can,
deseases.... I will not describe God by those things.
did you know that God created everythings and "everywhere "?
nothing has power only him. even jesus was born and is a creature of God like Adam and Eve.
the right spelling is God with big "G" not god.
Allah is the name of God in arabic.
do you know that Allah has no gender no plurial like gods godess,...it means the only true God, there is no deity that has the right to be worshipped but God.
God is one, Allah is one. ask muslims to tell you where is God.
he is above his throne with a style that befit him, nobody has to try to imagine the way he is above his throne because nothing is like him.
above him there is nothing, his throne is above water in the 7 th heaven. he control everything from his place ....
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Allah! There is no God but He,
the Living, the Self-subsisting, the Eternal.
No slumber can seize Him, nor sleep.
All things in heaven and earth are His.
Who could intercede in His presence without His permission?
He knows what appears in front of and behind His creatures.
Nor can they encompass any knowledge of Him except what he wills.
His throne extends over the heavens and the earth,
and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them,
for He is the Highest and Most Exalted.
Allah, the Most High, speaks the truth.

It is one of the most relevant question and most foolish question i've come across.
mut be wondering why i said it is relevant and foolish at the same time. i've seen the kind of answers you were getting here. none of them are sincere. some quote their scriptures. these very scriptures i found useless, many have found them useless long time back, may be the time when they first came into circulation itself.
if you ask where is god, the right answer is he is nowhere and he is everywhere.
he is nowhere - he is in your heart. he is in you. he is you.
he is everywhere - yes, apart from you he is in everybody. you parents, relatives, neighbours, the rock, the tree, the animals, in good & bad. he does not discriminate.
this answer is not from semetic religions point of view.
this is the way the eastern mind works, answers and they live god. so the need for prayer is not there. the living itself is the prayer.
if you search god in scriptures, through prophets you are wasting your time. religious books are of no use. they dont even know what god is, but they have written thousands of pages about him and his charcteristics.
my god is myself, my living, my surroundings. he lives through me. i dont go in seach for him. nor do i have to attend sunday class or do five namaz everyday. those who never understood god, do all these rituals. most religions of word and book are like this. they will never understand the mysterious.
want to live god, come to east. well, you dont need to deny / leave your religion, your holy book, your faith or belief. but the experience will open your eyes. you see, breath, walk, eat, live god.

everywhere. God is creating and sustaining everything that exists, including you. Because everything and everyone around you is created by God out of love, everything we see and everyone we know tells us a little about the infinitate imagination of God, and the love that overflowed and continues to overflow, into the act of creation. There is no place where God is not, and nothing he didn't make.

It is a primitive question. The abode of God is our heart since we came from the supreme being. We always pray and meditate to be with God.
Thanks

If you can tell me that you know of a certain surgeon who by dissecting a patient's body, found the patient's spirit somewhere inside, then I'd tell you where god is in our universe!

God lives in Heaven and He sends the Holy Ghost to be with us when we are righteous.
Father and Jesus live in Heaven and when we are righteous they send the third member of the Godhead, the Holy Ghost, to be with us and make us happy.
