Hi all

After the problem I had in a previous question about texting my ex so much, I sent her an email saying how I was sorry, and I know I had been annoying etc etc..

That was a week ago now.

I'm a great believer in things are meant to happen for a reason, and our house phone broke last night - so I'm not going to call her.

I had a dream that I got a response from her in an email.

I think Ill send her a text just asking how she is...My question is >> why do I always take things to be worse than they really are?? is it some sort of condition? Or do I just need to relax or something?

Thanks

You're stressing about this because there's nothing more exciting going on in your life. Think about changing that.

Give them space for the time it takes you to findsomeone else. Once they see you're NOT desperate and other people are interested in you, they'll be wanting you back.

Like the toy that goes unnoticed until someone picks it up, suddenly there's interest again and possibly a fight.

Thinking negative is a condition to be set right as well as lack of self confidence.

It is normal especially when you're anxious about something. Just learn to relax more.
