No. You cannot see a difference such as that by just looking but will rather see it through special doctor's equipment. I have a stigmatism in my left eye which means that it is rugby ball shaped and a little bit bigger than my right eye. Only the people I tell know about it and only my optometrist has seen it (with the use of his equipment obviously).
