I was very interested sufism in Islam. So i researched a lot about it, there were so many knowledges in there. Muraqaba I think is like supernatural prayers, where many supernatural and miracles may happen. Although these things only may happen to people who r close to Allah. I tried to do one of the Muraqab, there wasn't any great affect but there were something strong and powerful grwing throgh me, i just dunno wot. I use to close my eyes and do it, so once i was doing it outside and I think I saw trough my closed eyes that the daylight was greating brighter although it was in the afternoon, and once it felt like i was lifting from the ground.
I want to know that doing these tasks, will it affect me in some way cause I am not an alem or pirr. My Imam told me without any help from a sufi master, I may be affected in a bad way.

Sufism .i dont kno brother which part u r residing........but in my country its almost given birth to shirk.belive me or not, pepples are told about suifis that they can perform miracles n they are now taken close to God( Naaozubillah) n now ignorant peoples g to their graves n ask help from them....i think sufism has damaged islam a lot, sufis were the peoples who were vyer close to Allah and were beloved to HIm but it doent mean that now they can take us to heaven by accepting them as our guid. they had left their wordly life for that while i believe we should also take part in this world as wht i have learnt from islam, i think its not a good idea to go for sufism and practise these skills.Muraqaba yes a very spritual thing only if it is done to get closer to Allah n not for getting skilled in doing miracles...
U are veyr right.we ahve dirert contact with ALlah n we dont need any door to reach him, which is generaly said that sufis are just a way to Allah, this is shirk i must say........umm i would advise not to go into sufism, u ,ll get confused ....sufis are respectable for us but they never told us to follo them rather they preached islam, about Allah and muhammad(pbuh) .but we are misguided somehow now...we should pray for them and shouldnt ask fro help from them as some ignorant peoples practise
All the best brother.

Reading sufism will not make you Sufi. Try to understand the message in the books but don't try every thing done by sufies. You might loose you mental level. Be a practical person and enjoy a happy life.
