i have tried many ways of getting fat but failed. i have heard there are more other ways to become fat fast, which i dont know, please send me all the ways you know.
even my weight is also not according to my age.
my age is 20, but i weight around 39kg.
please respond to my question as soon as possible.

Melt haggen das ice cream in the microwave and drink it. Or just eat it a lot

OK.. You should first know what is your problem??? So you could know the answer, and as a sport rehabilitate i guess that your body metabolic rate is too high means that what ever you have is going to fade quickly coz your cells are so active..What shall you do in this case??(JUNK FOOD) it is the best answer you have to change in your daily habits like you should sleep less coz sleeping your digesting food more than awaken and your cells consume the energy more faster so you need to have a highly calorie foods such as turning from the white cheese to the yellow one and eating a lot of egg yolk the yellow portion i mean regarding that the white portion have much protein so you have to have it also and drinking the protein shakes is very good but in this case you have to have some exercises as we know (SPOT+DIET)is the main concept of weight you have to get away from the cardio and aerobic exercises and start to have some weight lifting work out coz these exercise help the protein to be stored in your muscles which gives much weight and shape and also it helps to fix the calcium in your bones which i do believe that you are in need because i think you have weak bones and you can get this from the milk yogurt and also from the sea food then the answer will simply be ... changing in the eating habits to be 3 meals a day full meals i mean and 4 days a week at least to work out just the weight lifting exercises and changing your food to be more calories enriched and for this point you can back to me coz i need what you like and dislike in food

The best way to gain weight is to eat and not exercise. IF you are doing this and you aren't gaining any weight you might want to consider going to the doctor becuase it could mean something else could be going on with you. At one point I was the same way and when I went to the doctor I had an over active thyroid that needed treatment. My body was working overtime. Very serious stuff.

Ok, first of all you MUST increase your daily caloric intake, asap... Start drinking protein shakes. The powder contains 1500 calories in one shake sometimes. It depends on the one you get... Go to your local nutrition/health supplement store.
Eat lots of food. If you drink hot chocolate, get white chocolate milk instead of black... It has more calories... If you drink coffee, get the mocchiato and not the caramel latte. Go in google and type, the name of the store + nutrition or the name of the store + calories.... Look for the objects with the highest calories and buy those to eat...
Get the ceasar salad instead of the mixed.... It has a lot more calories...
Just do stuff like that

Try some whey protein shakes ask a nutritionist or your family Dr.
these will tend to put weight on and if you work out muscle weighs more then fat and it will help to keep your body better trained for extra weight addition.
