He likes her and he thinks that she's a nice girl. That much is clear. Whether him "liking her" means that he sees his life partner in her, that's another matter.

This is clear. Women try to read too much into what men say. Unlike you people, we say things in a straightforward way. So if he says "i like you too i think your a nice girl". he means that he likes you and he think you are a nice girl

I am in a similar situation with you, the exact words said to me 2 weeks ago. The problem is mine is shy and he willn't say much. He is also older than me and divorced. So i would like to think that he likes me, he thinks me good and would like to have a relationship with me in the near future. Because he has actually said, he wants us to take things slow. And i really like him.
So i bet it may also apply to you, just ask a few more clues and see what you come up with.

He means you are a nice girl, but really lets have some action. Stop being such a nice girl and start to get nasty with him. Otherwise you will continue to be the nice girl and loose him.

I guess you are in the early stages in the relationship, you both like each other, it's a good start, you have kissed each other, getting better!! just don't jump in bed and have sex with him until you really know him 'nice' girls don't do that...

I wouldn't worry just yet whether he likes you or not. If you like him then keep going with the realtionship and you will soon know. He may not know himself yet. Learn a bit about body language, that will give you some clues.

Be very careful coz there is a difference between liking someone and loving them. I dont know which one you really want. In case it is love, then he doesnt love you since he said he likes you. Take everything one step at a time.
