UNFORTUNATELY, SOME PEOPLE GET THEIR JOLLIES FROM HURTING PEOPLE.

If you can get a cool-headed intermediary to talk it over with her, it might help. He or she would want to get across a sense of "it really is over, and there's no percentage in holding a grudge, whoever might have the balance of wrong at a given moment. There were enough mistakes made that the relationship is over. Get over it."

It's all about control. They can't bear the thought that nothings going their way and they get a little crazy. Mine stalked me, harassed me, did damage to personal things of mine. Stay strong and determined. Don't let him wear you down because that's what he wants.

Because if they didn't F*@k with your head, they wouldn't be your ex. And yes they usually are happy they destroyed you and will continue to do it until you show you have had enough

Because we let them! My ex is also still dwelling in my head 24/7... and I can't, for the life of me, get him out! It drives me to the point of being physically sick with grief/anger/rejection/love... All mixed together.

They mess with your head coz you still love him... time is needed to let him go from your heart.. love won't easily vanish.... it takes time.... while it takes time find something worthy to do to easily or possibly forget that you have a freaking stupid ex...
